and so much still to do Mum and I have had a day in town today, finishing off a few bits and bobs. Managed to get myself a lovely coat for an even lovelier price so a happy bunny at the moment. Still a few presents to get but hopefully that can be done later in the week.

It\'s Christmas cards that I still need to do and time is starting to run out. Did a bit of painting yesterday which will see at least one done when I\'ve finished, 4 more to go however and lets not even mention the online ones I have yet to do. Tick tock tick tock...

In my usual \"things to do so lets waste time\" kinda way I\'ve been mucking about with apache and windows this weekend. It\'s a necessary thing at the moment if I want to do any work on my new website over christmas... can\'t really lug the penguin away with me. Apache isn\'t my problem, that\'s up and running without too many glitches. PHP too is up and running and working well it seems. MySQL is my bug bear, will it work? nope. Not at all. Do I know why? Haven\'t an incling. The servers up and running, I can administer it, it says everything is hunkey dory. Can\'t get any of the php stuff to talk to it. Even phpmyadmin is chucking a wobbly. Further investigation is needed, but then there\'s those cards...
