Sunday morning we dragged ourselves up early and made our way into town on a search for a birthday present for Dan's mum (and some summer clothes for me, it's hot!). As we were wandering around we stumbled across an event at the Cathedral (in true Peterborough style it was probably publicised after the event because we'd certainly heard little about it). I'm not entirely sure what the theme was for the event. There was a hog roast and homemade fudge stand. Some people dressed up in medieval clothing, a viking boat, some birds of pray and... a guy riding around on an air raid wardens motorbike... It kept us amused for a while and the (£4!!!) hog roast bap kept Daniel quiet
