Hmm so where did that month go then? I know I haven't posted in a while but I had no idea that much time had past.

Life has been rather busy. A new school website has been designed, implemented and currently awaiting approval before content can be updated and then the whole thing made live. A nice little project to sink my teeth into and keep me quiet for a bit Some major drupal learning has been made and I have to say I'm liking it more and more. I now have categories working for me rather than the bafflement they were last year. Cool stuff.

The fault logger has had a few tweaks but no major work done on it. It's now ticking along nicely as it is and any improvements can be made in their own time. Another shout is in the offing but no real work done on it yet and several other little projects have been keeping me quiet.

This years OU course has begun and I already find myself behind after the usual winter infections have tripped me up. It's interesting stuff, all about transmitters and stuff at the moment... steep learning curve, this side of IT is definitely not my strongest so some major work is needed this year I think.

Wedding plans are moving along slowly, dresses have been looked at, negotiations about footwear are still underway and invitations are being planned. The next big job is pinning down a photographer and confirming the entertainment. Who knew so much planning was required for an afternoon of caffufle.

February has been a gadget month seeing a Wii entering the household. Only one word, cool. So much entertainment from waving a controller around My current favourite is the shooting game (I have a deep hidden violent streak) and the tennis, although the aching arm afterwards made me question whether it's worth the pain, exercise on the whole is not my bag even if it is cleverly disguised as entertainment. A new mobile has also made an appearance although not for me as I'm still to make up my mind on what I want, any suggestions? My current one is being selective in who it wants to receive messages from so I'm having to borrow a handset whilst I get a new one. There doesn't seem to be anything decent out there at the moment, when did we head back along the brick route? Talking of phones, new household ones have also been purchased curteousy of NPower, thank you kindly to them.

Have I also told you I have a new car? A second hand mondeo has now replaced the jag. Much less gready on petrol which has been very welcome to both me and my bank account. It's much the same as my old granada although a little nippier which I'm liking very much. Do miss the old snowflakes though
