Fuzzy Buzzy Busy Bees

No idea where May went, it just did it seems, but hey, I'm still here, just! Life has been rather too busy just lately to have time to waffle on here, which I'm sure you're greatful for as my posts are usually rather dull anyway! And why break a habit of a lifetime, here goes another...

In tongue news, it's still numb. My research has shown that nerve regeneration is linked to your immune system so I guess I'm stuffed for a bit. On the positive side it doesn't appear to be getting any worse and I even have some moments when it's not as painful and I forget about it. I think even my speech is adapting so I'm getting more understandable Smiling The big task for this weekend is to discover whether you can play a saxophone with a numb tongue, with a concert coming up in a couple of weeks I really should make an appearance in band and I don't think my guitar skills are quite up to scratch yet.

We have both been amazingly busy these past few weeks, what with work, websites (4 on the go at the moment) and the logger which is finally getting some attention after way too long. I wrote my first service pack for the logger the other day which was extremely dull but a major hurdle overcome when it was finished, will make updates much easier in the future. I even feel a version 2 coming on at some point, perhaps a job for the summer hols. Website work is much more fun but equally as time consuming. My portfolio appears to be growing though which I'm very happy with Smiling

The gardening projects continue to expand. An album charting the progress has been put up on facebook should you wish to follow. Needless to say the weather hasn't got us off to the greatest start again this year but I was reminded by my other half that it is only June so plenty of time yet. I think with starting everything off so late last year my timeline is a bit off. Oh, and if you happen to be an owner of a cat please ensure it comes no where near our garden because the pressure washer will be primed and ready... I was not impressed at the mess I had to clear up the other day Sad

The next few weeks hold another busy schedule kicking off with a tutorial tomorrow, a tma due very soon, certificates and the shout to do as extra at work, one website that needs fixing, one that needs upgrading and two that need designing and building and some major work to do on the logger, it's all good fun.
