The weather isn't great this week, sports day, predictably, was cancelled yesterday and the forecast doesn't look much better for the next few days. However I had a rather amusing conversation with a colleague yesterday and thought I would post it here for the memory:

Him: We're having a bbq tomorrow at the youth club
Me: Have you seen the weather forecast?
Him: the met office say it will be nice
Me: Metcheck says it will rain
Him: the met office is always right
Me: since when?
Him: all the tv stations use the met office, bbc, itv...
Me: oh yes, and the bbc always get the weather right don't they?
Him: well you see, it's a copyright issue, they have to change it to keep it legal...

You know it makes sense
